The one star is because at least the food was accurate. I've never been in such a dirty McDonald's before. Food and rubbish all over the tables, the bathrooms were putrid, floors were disgusting.
However they also seem to be heavy into renovations, leaving not much room to sit (not that you'd want to, even if there were clean tables.. which there wasn't).
The staff were nice enough, and there were lots of customers so the food was fresh. Thank the stars.

I don’t understand why Australia, a rich developed nation has one of the worst toilets in a fast food place I’ve encountered. Why don’t you guys clean your toilets? If it’s below you why not a group of companies around the vicinity band together and share the cost of cleaners that come to your establishment and clean and move on to the next company. A group of 10 companies sharing the cost of a cleaner that comes in twice a day everyday. Is that so difficult? It’s horrifying.

This restaurant seems to be a newer store and well appointed with playground, plenty of parking, drive thru, McCafe, etc. My wife and I went in to grab a quick bite and toilet break however that all changed when we rntered to toilets. They were putrid!!!
The mens had urine all over the toilets, urinals walls and floors. The stench was unbearable. I walked out of the toilet and my wife was waiting, complaining that the female toikets were the same. If that was the standard of hygiene in the toilets, what w would the kitchen be like? We walked out without using the facities or buying anything.
DISGUSTING!! UNHYGIENIC!! ZERO STARS WOULD BE THE REALISTIC RATING!!!

Its disappointing that this branch does not care about food quality and freshness. On my previous 5 visits, the food i received via drive through has been dry and unpleasant. The burgers were certainly prepared hours ago, which was reheated and given to me. I have been to other branches, for example prahran, and over their the burgers and patty were nice and fresh, moist and soft. The management should know that its not only drunk people coming for a meal on a weekend night, that they just shove out poor quality food.

DISGUSTING! I have never been to a McDonald's that was so dirty & disgusting - I was embarrassed for them. There was McDonald's food & rubbish on at least 5 or 6 tables. There was wrappers & rubbish everywhere on the floors. In the ladies toilets, there was dirty discarded toilet paper in every cubicle, empty toilet paper holders for customers (& also a child's sock lying strewn?). In the men's toilet there was urine IN the sink, which was blocked & filled with rank water.
At 4.20pm on a Sunday afternoon, there was absolutely NO reason for a place (where you go to EAT) to be so filthy and clearly not maintained. It makes you wonder how 'not maintained' the food prep areas are... ewww. Never going back. 👎👎
