Great bakery, veggies and deli sections where the staff are very helpful. The pick and pack staff need to be more concerned they share the isles with shoppers like me and not be self absorbed with filling their order as they clog up the isles. There needs to a check out open all of the time to cater for those who don’t like the self-serve too. Also, there needs to be more staff on the floor to assist with general questions

Zara offered exceptional customer service when l was in on Sunday 7th. She went above & beyond to make sure l found candy canes for a function l was on my way too.

I love this Woolworths but this has turned me off from buying from you! I came in today from working a 9 to 5 job exhausted and forgot my coin to place in your trolly. I went up the counter and told the guy I forgot my coins at home and he is like “ you can pay .50cents for a plastic coin”. Umm no thank you! I am about to make a 300 dollar purchase from you and this is how you treat me. Have we lost sight in customer service.

Huge supermarket with large bakery section, daily mark downs are a fairly standard feature here... staff are very friendly and helpful. Parking can be difficult to find, we often lap the car park before finding a suitable accessible spot.
