Food is good and so is the service. They could do well with a little better seating arrangement. Felt a bit cramped, but not a deal-breaker.*Samosa chat had chole gravy in it* for $12 for the plate, you could add 2 samosas at least. Suggestion: Maybe optional online order placement at the table can be implemented to avoid queuing.

This is a truly Delhi food. Super welcoming staff. Loved every bit of it. Food is less oily, has the Delhi taste and unlimited chapatis (well made) ! We tried papdi chaat and was pretty good.

Cheap and cheerful restaurant. Excellent value. We chose this place for the “3 curries and unlimited roti”. The curries are really tasty and some are quite hot too. We had the butter chicken, which was made with lots of average to small pieces of chicken, so it was easy to give a taste to my partner. We also had the vegetable curry, which was very mild and a bit dry but was the perfect choice after I ate some of the hot chicken biryani. My partner (born in India) loved the hot dishes. The chicken curry was medium hot. It was good but perhaps the Afghan curry would have been a better choice (it was recommended to us but we went for the chicken). Nothing eating with the chicken but it didn’t have as much flavour as I expected. The unlimited roti was great. They walk around to your takers and keep giving roti when your plate is nearly empty. Really excellent service. Lovely team here. Just a really nice relaxed casual atmosphere. Not upmarket at all. But also nice and clean. We will definitely be back!

Where to begin, Delhi Rocks - you all rocked! I have never experienced an all u can eat roti place, nor did I know what I was ordering, however, from the moment that I walked through the doors to when I left, I felt all the joy and happiness from everyone in the restaurant. The person behind the curry counter was amazing, gave me the best curries to try and I did not mind the spicier curries. As an "outsider" I did not feel like one. When I sat down, I did not know how or where to get the rotis but with patience and understanding, the staff explained they will cook it and bring it to you - what a terrific idea! The man that served me the rotis, shout to you for your friendliness and hospitality. As a bonus, the chai tea was unlimited too! I definitely will be back! If you are ever in town and craving Indian food, I will definitely recommend for everyone to try this place! 10/10 Delhi rocks - thank you for such an amazing experience!

Delhi Rocks in Melbourne CBD is a clean, well-kept, easily accessible and family friendly restaurant that offers a good selection of North Indian dishes. The menu is straightforward and makes it easy to find your favourites, whether you’re after something light or a proper hearty meal. The highlight for us has always been the freshly made roti. Served hot and soft, it’s the kind of roti you don’t often find in restaurants, and it really reminds us of home. Pairing it with their curries makes for a simple but very satisfying meal. The service here is another strong point. The staff are attentive, polite, and quick to serve, which makes the whole dining experience smooth and enjoyable. Whenever we’re missing the taste of home-cooked food, Delhi Rocks is the place we come to. It’s consistent, affordable, and delivers on freshness and flavour without overcomplicating things.

Family Friendly
