Insane fish burger, a little bit pricey, but the best I've ever had, definitely worth trying .
Chips were great, every chip was crunchy.
We also tried their Dm Sims and spring roll, flavours you wouldn't expect, very unique .
And finally we ordered the Prawn Tacos , which I noticed a lot of customers coming in to order also. The prawns inside were huge.
We drove 45 min to try this place, and we all said the same thing , "we definately will come back again".

Wow! What a turnaround from our last experience elsewhere. This place was such a great find.
Hands down the best fish burger Iβve ever had β perfectly cooked, so flavourful, and the chips were super crispy. Everything was fresh and done right.
Canβt wait to come back again.

One of the best fish burger I had. It was delicious and enjoyable. They had this unique Chop suey spring roll which was also great. I do recommend them. It's a must visit place. Will be definitely going back to try other items on the menu.

Incredible value and flavour! The fish burger on a soft brioche bun was flaky, fresh, and packed with creamy goodness. The flake, potato cake, and chip pack hit the spot β those thrice-cooked chips were next level. The fish tacos were crisp and zesty, and the smash burger was sensational β juicy, full of flavour, and only $14! Everything was fresh, filling, and great value. Highly recommend Editaβs!

Editas has been popping off all over social media, so I had to see what the hype was about. Tucked away in Carlton, this family-run spot (by a Samoan and Tongan family) is serving up fish and chips with serious flair. We went on a Thursday night and, thankfully, dodged the weekend queues.
The fish burger was hands down phenomenal. The fish stayed crispy and flaky with every bite - no mushy business here - and the tartar sauce brought that punchy, creamy goodness that tied it all together.
Of course, we had to try their fish and chips. The fish itself was incredible, keeping its crispness even after a while. Weβd heard whispers that their chips were the best in Melbourne - while we loved the hand-cut, irregular style, they werenβt as crunchy as we expected on this visit.
The prawn roll special was an absolute showstopper. When it landed on our table, we were gobsmacked by the serving size. Packed with plentiful chunks of prawns and a perfectly balanced sauce, it was worth every bite.
We also gave the chop suey spring roll a go. Definitely unique, but not something Iβd rush back for.
Editas more than lives up to the hype for its fish and prawn dishes. Go on a weeknight to skip the lines and enjoy some of the freshest, crispiest seafood around.
Family Friendly
