Chill vibe, nice service and great food. My mates and I loved their sandwiches. Tuna melt, mrs kim, pulled pork and fried chicken were great. Not too oil, filling and nicely balanced. Mates were also happy that your thick shakes are great, and you sell Jarritos soft drinks (not cheap but they are very nice). Thank you. We will be back.

Decent - had the one vegan food option on the menu, which was the vegan mushroom focaccia sandwich. Good and packed and savoury! Also had an almond latte.

Huge portions and great flavours.
The toasted sandwiches are crispy and packed with filling (highly recommend the Truffle Mushroom Melt).
Coffee is good and the vibe is fun and retro.
A bit messy to eat, but that’s part of the fun.
One of the best lunch spots on Queen Street.
Photo Tip:
A photo of the sandwich cut in half showing the fillings spilling out, or a shot of your tray with a sandwich AND a doughnut is the pro move here.

We walked into a fusion toastie shop on Queen Street, the simple white interior felt so good with the natural light flooding in 🤩 They have lots of different toastie combinations to choose from, along with some unique drinks 😋
🥪Mrs Kim’s Beef Toastie (AUD 18)
🍊Citrus Brew (AUD 9/11)
🍓Strawberry Iced Matcha (AUD 9.5/11)
The Korean-style toastie was so thick and loaded with fillings🤓 The drinks were refreshing and rich in flavour, I especially loved the balance between the citrus notes and the coffee base in the Citrus Brew 🤤
Highly recommend this spot if you want to try some high-quality toasties 😉

23/10/25 - 3.5 stars
The shop and drinks menu was not exactly what I was expecting when I hear "Sloppy Joes", but, this place was recommended to me so thought I should try it. Staff are nice and service is fairly quick, though, place isn't really that busy even during lunch time. Felt a little cramped in terms of seating.
Fried Chicken Burger
Flavour: S+, 8.5/10. Obviously the chicken is the star and it is quite well seasoned. Personally, would have liked more kick (cayenne?).
Texture: SS, 9/10. Freshly fried and really crispy. Maybe just a little too much batter. Overall really good.
Bun: A, 7/10. Maybe a toasted bun would improve it.
Value: B, 6/10. $18 + $2 for cheese. Felt that it was a little underwhelming for $20. The fried chicken was good and shouldn't try dilute it, but, rest of the burger was quite mid.
