My son loves their pancake. It is very sweet and full of cream flavors. It might not suit any body who does not crave sugar perhaps an absolutely for any sweet lover. The location has great exposure and they cook the pancake behind window really an eye catching.

I compared Uncle Tetsu’s and Kumo Kumo’s Japanese cheesecake. Price is pretty much the same as they are not the same size/weight. Both are excellent. I have a slight preference for the Kumo: more creamy/humid and the taste is a bit stronger. I invite any Japanese cheesecake amateur to try both πŸ‘πŸΌ

The Mog Champ sends his regards. Finally had the chance to try their crepe brulee, a little pricey for a crepe but they do add a bit of their own cheesecake into it so that explains the cost. It was deliciously shared between two people. Watching the staff prepare the crepe behind the window was fun as well, service is quick and staff were friendly. Thanks for the dessert Uncle Tetsu's! Mogliest Regards, Your Mog Champ

If you're into Japanese cheesecake style Ji recommend trying out Uncle Tetsus Japanese cheesecake. The portions are very generous size, so I'd have loved if they sold slices so I could try their different flavours. I end up getting a crepe cheesecake with three flavours: chocolate+mixed berries, mango and Earl Grey (seasonal flavour). The crepes were actually delicious. But because I also wanted to try out their cheesecake I got the original. It's not very sweet and I quite enjoyed it, specifically with a coffee. Their price range is not very cheap I paid around $44 all up.

Got crepe brulees ($15.50) with a friend and it was delicious ! The top was freshly blow-torched so the custard below was warm and lovely. The cheesecake piece in the filling was also great as it was fluffy and moist. The crepe itself was so soft,,, overall it combined indulgent sweet tooth satisfaction with a light airiness that made it a great sweet treat to enjoy without being too cloying :D only downside is that it's quite expensive for its size.
