Worst biriyani I ever had in my whole life. Food was completely tasteless. Too much oil. Not enough salt not enough spices nothing. It was like they just mixed plain rice and lamb curry together and if it was lamb curry thatβs also worst. Took chicken 65 also that one was also average. Never going there again. Completely disappointed.

Honestly after the recent mixed comments we wondered how the food was going to be. I can tell you it was a great experience.
The food was very good, the service warm and fast contrary to what people said. We tested several Indian restaurants in Melbourne the same week and rated better but our favorite was this one.
Mango lassi is the best, tastiest and better dosed. Very generous portions. We took a butter chicken, a portion of fried rice and 3 parratha (cheese and garlic/cheese that were excellent) which greatly satiated us while we are good eaters.
And in addition to the generous portions, we paid $55 for two which makes this Indian restaurant the cheapest.
Thank you ! See you soon.

Had an amazing experience at Biryani House Melbourne! The food was absolutely delicious, especially the Malai Chicken which was super soft and flavorful. Even though the place was really busy, the staff still managed to serve our food on time and were so polite throughout. Great service, great food, and warm vibes. Definitely coming back! π½οΈβ¨

Food was pretty decent with the chicken being the highlight of the show here. Chicken 65 Dry was good, crispy and moist and had decent flavour and the chicken tikka was just as tender but I liked the dry / fried one better. The curries lacked a bit of flavour as they didnβt have that strong curry flavour and it was a bit watered down but we were fine with that as it was more calorie friendly. The rice and naan were pretty standard or even a bit below standard but overall happy with our visit. Didnβt feel like Briyani on the day but might come back for it.
