I went there for lunch with my friend who is a frequent customer to this place & admires their food a lot…. But honestly turned out other way as it is not up to the mark here is what I had in detail Staters- karivepaku gobi - ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ must try nice & flavour full Pachimirchi kodi kebab- ⭐️⭐️⭐️ very oily Kadai chicken- ⭐️⭐️⭐️ tasted more like chicken tikka masala Malai kofta- ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️kofta balls tasted very nice Garlic naan-⭐️⭐️ pls don’t call it naan tasted like some kind of pita bread Butter naan-⭐️⭐️ same again pls don’t call it as naan Also the food served as warm in temperature when I approached the waiter about naan bread she just took the same bread on my plate & microwaved…. When the place has a reputation & you are charging for the quality & service as a customer we expect the same not the food to be microwaved pls don’t do that….

Chilli India truly feels like home away from home. The food was absolutely delicious, rich in authentic Indian and Telugu flavors, and cooked to perfection. Every bite reminded me of traditional homemade meals, especially the spices and freshness. The service was exceptional and heartfelt, provided by our own Telugu people, which made the experience even more special. They were welcoming, respectful, and made sure we were comfortable throughout. The atmosphere was lively and nostalgic with Telugu songs playing, creating a beautiful cultural vibe. It felt less like a restaurant and more like a warm Telugu gathering. Highly recommended for anyone who loves authentic food, great service, and a true Telugu ambience. Will definitely visit again. ❤️✨

Australia ‘s best thali and service. We felt like we were actually eating at a pelli bojanam, with the number of varieties and most importantly the hospitality from the staff. This was like a missing link from home.. food, service and the vibes were all impeccable. Throughly enjoyed it and will make this our weekend ritual . Great work team. ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Well furnished. Satisfying quantity. Their food is actually spicy as their name suggests. But taste can be improved. Too much masala actually hide the flavor of the main ingredient. Also, one of the curry has a bit much salt in it. Pricing is good and again the quantity is generous.

We had the Vindhu Bhojanam at Chilli India Melbourne, and it was absolutely amazing! The flavours were so authentic and every dish was rich, perfectly spiced, and felt like a true South Indian festive meal. The variety was impressive, and the presentation made it even more special. The staff were friendly and attentive (especially Vinod) and the overall experience felt homely yet refined. If you’re craving an authentic South Indian feast in Melbourne, I’d highly recommend trying the Vindhu Bhojanam at Chilli India it’s a must!
