The most disgusting Luxe expierence ever! Torn seats and armrests, disgusting and overpriced food, 5 potatoe wedges for $20 and $35 for the worst possible sliders I have ever had in my life.

The card machine was not working and part of my order was sent to the wrong cinema!

We tried loaded fries from the lux menu for the first time and it was so disappointing. We paid $13 only to be given less than the small chips amount you get from maccas. There was zero to no effort on making this food at all. It does not worth $13!!! Do better

The worst experience i ever had in my life just now, i mean its such a sunny day and you charge us $30 per person for 3 hours and not even 1 minute with air conditioning, i dont want to give any stars, i am forced to give 1 start to record my experience here, when you complain to the staff they try looking for the manager to give them the feedback, I came out in the middle of the movie as I couldn’t bear the heat, the sweat anymore, i could see lot of people from my screen getting out and sitting in the lawn trying to catch some fresh air, how can you forget to switch on the AC? Its such a claustrophobic scenario🙃, i hope they see my review and make it better for others.

Can’t believe they charge $7.40 for a bottle of sparkling water — absolute rip-off! You should honestly refund me for that. Doesn’t even matter how the theatre was after that. Definitely not going there again.

The cinemas themselves are spotless, very clean, neat, and well maintained. There’s always a fresh, pleasant smell in the air, which adds to the overall comfort.

The snack bar is another highlight. The popcorn is always hot, fresh, and delicious. On top of that, they offer a wide variety of treats, chips, chocolates, lollies, and more all neatly organised and easy to grab. It feels like everything is set up with the customer in mind.
Overall, Hoyts stands out as the best cinema chain in Australia. From the welcoming service to the clean environment, from the amazing big-screen experience to the fresh snacks, they truly deliver the ultimate movie experience every time.
