really lovely all around! i got the mortadella sandwich and an iced matcha latte and both were great. sandwich was nice and fresh, the matcha is a less sweet type which i like. it was very busy so there is a bit of a wait to get seated but the food came out so quick. service was really good, all the staff were super friendly and even gave a free dessert as an apology for the alarm that was going off which was so sweet of them!! highly recommend

I come here at least once a month. It’s one of my go to spots. I usually order the same things, the chicken waffle or the salmon sandwich, but this time I tried the tomato and egg, and I can’t recommend it enough. The combination of cheese, basil, and tomato is simple but honestly so gooooood! Really comforting and perfectly balanced. The food is always great, and the staff are consistently friendly every time I visit.

One of the famous brunch spot in Melbourne. Please be prepared for long queues, but totally worth it. They managed the queues very well and even gave us a cup of iced tea when waiting, simple but wonderful gesture. The foods were all top notch, elevated. Will certainly return again.

Baguette Studios is a popular Cafe located in North Melbourne, close to the hospital. We had their famous fried ham and cheese sandwich which was delicious - it was chewy and crispy! (Though some might find it a little too greasy). The pretzel baguette was a little dry (maybe because we went later in the day) but overall soft and ingredients quite fresh. The earl grey yuzu ice tea was refreshing and matcha was not too bad. Liked the overall vibe of the place and staff were quite friendly.

Visited in the morning and ordered the Monte Cristo sandwich, garlic twist, matcha fudge brownie and the earl grey & tonka bean cold brew. The Monte Cristo sandwich was deep fried and very crispy outside but surprisingly not too greasy. Cheese was melty with a nice cheese pull and the ham had a good amount of saltiness. The sandwich was tasty on its own or with a bit of sweetness from the maple syrup and blueberry compote. The garlic twist was a bit too sweet with the honey glaze and the pastry was not that crispy. The matcha fudge brownie was sweet, thick and dense with a pretty strong matcha flavour. It might be better enjoyed warm for a rich fudgy texture. As for the drink, the cold brew was smooth with a slight fruity sour note and the earl grey & tonka bean cream on top was rich, creamy and sweet.
