Worst chicken quality. I felt like I am chewing rubber. Qunity was also less whatever is charged for. Whole stall is deeply unmotivated to work as you can easily know from their face and rude body language.

Staff need training. Ordered a mini burrito, wasn’t asked about any meal options and when I paid, 30 seconds later I asked another staff member if I could have the meal deal $12 ($2 more) her response was NO. It was literally 30 seconds after she ordering, could have easily adjusted it but instead told me the food was already ready - after waiting 5mins telling me she couldn’t do it. Terrible service, especially given how often I come.

The food was generally good, but the portion of chips was really disappointing, compared to other branches I usually go to. This is actually the second time it's happened, so it's a bit frustrating. For the price, I expected more.

I don't know how, but this store seems to be completely incapable of reading an order. every single time, this store forgets important parts of orders, including removing ALLERGENS, and remembering to include items that customers PAY EXTRA FOR. expensive for no reason, terrible quality, disgusting service.

Guz Gom duo bringing Mex flavours to our shores. Spice levels are somewhat diluted to cater for broader Aussie palate, no compromise on the quality of ingredients and packaging. Their use of technology is right up there to ensure mistakes are avoided and service is prompt. That said, you cannot avoid the human touch so please be respectful when your order may not be correct, the team is doing their best and it’s never intentional. GYG is way better than your local Taco Bell in terms of portion size, food quality preparation, presentation and overall experience. 4 stars, will return to the Wild West again.
