Waiting almost 20 minutes for “fast food” only to receive chicken with metal shards in it. The staff were cruising around without a care whilst restaurant had 20 people waiting. One bloke, instead of loading chicken into the warming rack, stood there typing on his phone. GET OFF YOUR PHONE. GET SOMEBODY WHO CAN MANAGE STAFF and start to give a sheet about what you’re serving.

The worst KFC I have ever been too.
Staff had no idea what was going on, the food was cold and super oily. Waited 25 minutes to get our food along with everyone else. Staff constantly saying another 10+ minute wait when questioned. Drive through were also getting incorrect orders and asked to wait in their cars for 15 minutes for it to be fixed. Food was sitting on the bench for 10+ minutes before served. Aircon wasn’t on so was super hot inside on a 30 degree day. Will not be coming back.

I ordered a tenders box, food was fresh and staff were lovely. One girl name Elahe, very kind served me and cleaned my table after.

1 x 6 Pieces Habanero Hot & Crispy and this is what I got. Kinda leftover chicken pieces and some sauces in the box. Called the store to tell what happened and they said they will resend the order and it never arrived. So disappointed .

Possibly the worst of the worst. Ordered a summer feast which includes 10 pieces of chicken, we got 1x wing, 2x small pieces, 7x tiny dumsticks also ordered a tenders box which as you can see in the photo's contained remnance of what should have been tenders, when i asked if i could actually get some tenders in the box, it came back with a cut up chicken fillet and a zinger burger (unfortunately i didn't realise this till home) the only positive was the girl who took our payment was lovely, everything else deserves -5 stars.
