I have been a regular customer of this shop, i visit atleast once a week.
There’s been two occasions i had a terrible experience. 1. There was hair found on the toppings of the pizza and i ignored!
2. The pizza i ordered was tasteless, the base of the pizza was all wet & watery, the toppings were a big mess, spreading everywhere, old topping and unevenly spread. The cheese started to melt and was taken out shortly. The overall taste was terrible and i got sick immediately.
I probably need to go elsewhere next time.

Staff member was on a personal call , I was standing for a while to get served . Eventually she finally placed the phone aside . I asked what is on the two brothers and asked if there is a lot of meat she said no . So I ordered half Hawaii and other half meat lovers .
When I arrived home the one side they got right the other was not meat lovers . I than called and staff member who I ordered from was very rude and abrupt when I told her the order was wrong .
That my sons commented could hear her saying no you ordered this I did not take the wrong order .
I mentioned if you were not on the phone having a personal conversation you would have got my order right .
I asked to speak to the manager and could hear her speak in anther language . I said to the owner what happened and would like a refund . He declined and told me to bring the pizza back and he will refund me back . I said I am not going to come all the way back as we live a fair distant .
He didn’t seem to care and made no resolution to fix the issue .
To the staff member you need to be more professional and maybe focus on the customer and doesn’t cost to smile and speak English .

I ordered an Aussie pizza a bottle of coke and a garlic bread and every single item was wrong!
My Aussie pizza had absolutely no egg on it creating the worst most boring pizza.
The garlic bread was burnt to a crisp!
And the bottle of coke which costed extra was delivered as a Fanta which I don’t drink.
Complete! Waste! Of! Money!

This is truly one of the best restaurants I’ve ever been to. The place is very clean and well-organized, giving a relaxing atmosphere. The food is fresh, delicious, and prepared with great care. The staff are also very polite and friendly. If you are looking for a great place to enjoy tasty and high-quality food, I highly recommend this restaurant. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
