Grill'd Burgers - Fountain Gate

I always go to Fountain Gate because this location is always clean, friendly staff and never skimp on servings. They even take that extra step and ask if I'm enjoying my food!

I’ve visited many Grill’d locations, but Fountain Gate remains the best. What sets them apart is their integrity—they don't cut corners on serving sizes and the staff are always polite. Every time I order a drink here, it's served perfectly and filled to the top, which I’ve realized isn't the case everywhere ( especially at chadstone shopping centre where they serve half glass of juice when requested for no ice)! This is exactly how a local business should be run. 5 stars.

Please don't go there. If you are desperate, go to McDonalds, Hungry Jack's or KFC. Waited 45mins for 3 x Garden goodness, only to be advised a minute before the food arrived that their grill stopped working. Food was cold. Take a look at the photo. Where are the garden goodness?

Ordered take away HFC Chipote Burger. The chicken was undercooked. Very disappointing and a health and safety issue. I am writing this review after attempting to get in touch with Grilled to resolve the issue and not receiving any response back.

Tried Grilled after a long time, their family pack is good value. Ordered online for pickup and the food was ready in under 15mins. Also do pickup instead of delivery during weekends as drivers are very busy, wait times can be long, 45mins or more. Meat quality was good, panini bun was fresh, salads were not crunchy this time. Previously you could taste the fresh carrots, lettuce in the burger. Pickles and onions were good, love that they don’t overdo on the sauces. 4 Stars, will be back later in this year.
