They selling raw sausage rolls. Cold and half cooked. The pastry is raw and the meat is cold. If you microwave a raw sausage roll for 2 minutes, it is not cooked mate. Learn your product and your job please.

Every other united/pie face gives free sauce with their awesome pies. And this one neither gives free sauce nor give fully warmed up/cooked pies. I have ordered pies here thrice and every time the centre of their pies is cold. There's an offer going on for a drink, pie and a small chips as a meal, they just shove the pie in a box and give half done chips in the same box, and the box can only accomodate like 7 pieces of chips! Is that what small chips size is? What a shame, spending the money here and not even getting a fully cooked and warmed up meal! The owner/manager here must be a frugal! Trying to save pennies at the cost of losing business with unhappy customers. I have never encountered this kind of service anywhere else and I have been to so many many United/Pie face across the continent.

I was there today at 6:30 pm 17th June the staff member there always grumpy was very upset when I asked him why the water container always empty in his shift. He was eating and just point to the tap water for me to fill it up. Last time he collected all the water container and kept inside the station in his shift and refuse to give it to me . What a shame my favourite place business ruined by employing people like that.

This place has been my go-to for their low prices and conveniences as they are close to my work. Today for the first time I was instructed multiple times by a voice I could barely understand due to a thick thick accent. I had to have another customer tell me that I was being asked to come in first and pay first. Okay, bit weird but guess it’s fair enough due to the late hour (9pmish.) a bit annoyed, I headed inside to pay. I was told I was only able to pre-pay $99, which is barely half my tank with fuel prices these days, so already annoyed and getting worse. I then proceed back outside where I notice multiple other customers getting annoyed by the same thing - and all of us would have to pay, then proceed to the pump, and have to deal with it just not working. I had to then decipher through the speakers what the only worker on was saying (his accent was too thick to understand) and after multiple times he had given me the wrong petrol type. Communication was extremely difficult as this man barely spoke English. Again I tried to pump the fuel and it didn’t work. I proceeded inside and we worked out what the problem was. I headed back out, and it still wasn’t working. He then tried to give me a refund twice, but it wouldn’t work, and finally, after about 20 minutes of what should have been a 4 minute job, I finally got the fuel pumping into my car. After this experience I will never be returning to this place despite having gone here for my fuel after work since 2011.. What an absolute disgrace. I would also like to add that if you look at the general names of all the recent five star reviews you will notice a definite pattern.
