It will say on the app that 4-6 minutes to wait but it will actually make you wait at least 30 minutes more… absolutely on worth for fast food restaurant and if you’re short on time, goodluck ordering from this so called fast food bs

I ordered an enchilada; it was so delicious, and I received friendly and fast service. The only point to improve in my experience was the bin, because it was overloaded, and refilling the coriander for the night customers, but maybe it happened because the restaurant was busy.

Went for the food, got ignores by the staff. Cashier walked into kitchen corner to have a chat with another staff. While there were 7 customers waiting at the counter.
I tried to call for attention, none of the 3 kitchen staff bothered to answer.

My daughter and I ordered the Large Spicy Queso Fries and $3 Tacos from Guzman y Gomez, and both were disappointing. The "large" fries were barely enough for one person, and the queso wasn’t evenly spread, leaving some fries dry.
The fries were also undercooked and not crispy.
The tacos were mostly lettuce with minimal filling, making it hard to justify even the $3 price tag.
It’s understandable that businesses are dealing with rising costs, but shrinking portion sizes while keeping prices the same feels unfair to customers.
If portions continue to decrease, they should at least be transparent about what you’re actually paying for.
We used to love to come to Guzman y Gomez, but this branch is... sigh... 😥
Definitely not worth it. Maybe it is just this branch in North Melbourne? 🤔

Went for a quick bite and service was pretty quick. Ordered cali burrito and pulled beef nachos and it was okay. Pretty disappointed with nachos though, very less salsa and you could barely count the onions in it. We ordered the regular and the serving of meat felt like it was size of the mini version. And of course the sauce was barely there.
We always go to GYG in CBD and it’s pretty good. Maybe this location needs to pick up their game.
