Some really good chicken (proper crunch and texture much better than some nearby stores), excellent team. Shoutout to the manager/trainer I heard training a new member who kindly and succinctly explained why something needed to be done and giving great advice. Keep it up

Very disappointing visit. The waiting time was extremely long, even though the order was simple. There was no clear communication or apology from the staff about the delay. To make things worse, the food quality was poor—the chicken was not crispy at all and felt soggy. On top of that, they didn’t even provide any napkins, which is basic for a fast-food place. After waiting so long, this experience was really frustrating. This outlet failed in both service and food quality. Would not recommend.

Ordered Big Dinner. Generally when people are hungry any food tastes delicious. Still came to KFC as I know how it tastes but unfortunately the chickens were not up to the mark. Didn't get any cutlery (cause we ordered gravy as well) also No Napkins were provided.

This place has a handful of customers and yet this is the slowest of kfc’s in the world. Staff just talk a lot. It took 15 mins for the order. The management should really look into this.
