Ordered a medium meal today. Was decent, no real complaints. Problem is after the meal. Not 20 minutes after ordering and eating it, I was on the toilet most of the night. Not had a severe response to burgers before unless there was mayo or cheese on the burger with this had neither of.
Not sure if the trigger but it’s been 3 hours since I had the burger and I’m still being hit with toilet runs every 20-30 minutes. Not happy, this meal is all I’ve eaten today so there’s no other possible suspects to look at

You know it’s funny, I haven’t had any issues with the food maybe one off it wasn’t great. My biggest issue with this store is every single time I order through the drive-through or even in this case as of today, I ordered online at home got there in about seven minutes And every single time I still get sent to the waiting bay. There has not been one order I’ve made where I haven’t been pushed to the waiting bay which seems to be common place here.
Update 11 July 2025 - I will do two muffins and two hashbrowns this morning from inside Coles. I was in the gut shop for a good 20 minutes plus-less than 40 and get to the drive-through and I still have to wait in a waiting bay. They had a good 20 minutes to make something so this is obviously a regular occurrence.

Staffs are talking and chitchatting and laughing at the back and no one serve customers at the front counter and when seems like having so much fun on the Sunday payrolls lol .

Omg this restaurant never improve the service as I ordered a meal then the staff gave me the drink 1st then it’s okay never
Mind but she didn’t know anything and just said : I only made the drink . Then okay I tell her I ordered the meal . Then she only gave me the breaky wrap . And she didn’t know what I ordered. Terrible service . As a staff member u should know what’s going on . And she got a very bad attitude, enroll her eye which she is the best of that rolling her eye attitude。 .

My whopper was a bit dry because there was barely any sauce in it. Other than that, it was ok and the quality is what I expect from a fast food chain. Onion rings were hot and tasty!

The burgers are better at Hungry Jack's indeed! This decent-sized outlet in Highpoint offers quick snacks like burgers, fries, soft drinks, etc. At the time we visited, the place had only a few customers, so we received our orders fairly quickly.

My friend ordered a Vegan Whopper Cheese ($9.20) with Medium Chips ($2.50) whereas I had an app offer which netted me a discount of $5.79 on purchase of Whopper Jr. with Chicken Nuggets 3 Pack and Small Chips ($10.79). Therefore, the overall deal was pretty good.
The burger was small but delicious, as were the fries made all the more better with the spicy dip. The chicken nuggets were fantastic as well. My friend liked his vegan burger too.

Overall, our experience was good at this place. The staff were very nice during our conversation, and helped us with our dietary requests. The burgers were really good here.
