Visited the bakery in the morning and ordered two sweet and two savoury pastries to try. All of them were tasty; pastry layers were very flaky, especially the cinnamon star which was the highlight along with the 'everything' croissant.
- Cinnamon star: it is designed to be easily pulled apart and eaten strand by strand, very crispy and addictive to eat and the sugar coating was not too sweet
- Mango passionfruit danish: the combination of the mango and passionfruit provided a nice tropical sweetness without the tartness
- Everything croissant: the cream cheese and pickled jalapeno filling together with the seasoning and seeds on the top layer was flavour packed; fragrant, nutty and savoury with a bit of spice
- Caprese danish: it was simple but fresh and tasty with the pesto, juicy cherry tomatoes and creamy ricotta

All the pasties are soooo good! Especially the everything croissant, cream cheese go well with pickle jalapeño😋 and the tomato pesto cheese danish is unique! Definitely come back for other baked goods🥐✨

A small bakery in this area, it might be a bit tricky to get to since it’s not close to public transport, but the pastries are really good. I’m not sure what their signature item is, but the strawberry one is delicious, not too sweet or heavy, and really refreshing. Highly recommended for anyone passing by. The shop itself isn’t flashy, just simple and cozy, with a few small seats available.

Bobby's Bakery is neatly sandwiched between some apartment blocks....worth seeking out for takeaway lunches. We visited near closing time, so not a lot of choice but what was there looked divine. Coffee was excellent- robust and served at the perfect on a blustery Melbourne day. Normally, there's a great assortment of sweet and savoury offerings...looking forward to returning to try one of Bobby's specials.
