I have been eating El Jannah on a regular basis and I'm enjoying the BBQ Chicken as very tasty and gets you coming back for more. Unfortunately the systems in place to get everyone behind the counter on board to deliver exceptional service is obviously a challenge. This area, once it improves will see El Jannah rival the big chains in this fast food space. Not sure about training and continual training to improve customer service, this is letting this chain down, some staff are exceptional, some are more interested in talking to their friends. Get this right and they will revival the big boys. Consistency of the product suffers from the customer service not been at a high level.

I usually love this place. One of my faves to order from when I want to splurge a bit, however the order I got a few nights ago was inedible and had to be throw out. Im hoping it was just a bad night, and I will update this review if my next orders are back to normal. The photo shows the charcoal chicken wrap, unrolled. Missing ingredients and obviously old Lettuce, tomato and barely visible chicken.

When you first opened the chips a lot of seasoning and now you get bugger all. We ask for pickles and didn’t get that and we asked for extra sauce with a wrap and once again we got nothing.

El Jannah never disappoints! The charcoal chicken is juicy, smoky, and packed with flavour. Their legendary garlic sauce is a game-changer—creamy, rich, and addictive. The portions are generous, prices are fair, and service is quick even during peak times. A must-visit for anyone craving authentic Lebanese-style grilled chicken and sides. Highly recommended!

Yum yum yum....where did this place come from. We don't have it in Queensland. This is how you should eat chicken. The hommus fire eater dip is to die for. The chicken wraps are yummo, love the pickles. The chips are great as well. Well done on a great new fast food joint.
