The food was delicious. We ordered the chicken burger and the beef pasta, both were presented and tastes great. Staff were friendly and nice. Would recommend!

We have been a few times now and have never had a bad experience. The food is amazing and the service is above and beyond. All of the staff are friendly and so helpful. If I could give more stars I would. We had our Christmas Eve meal here and left with full tummies and feeling happy. Well done to all the staff here. You really make the dining experience with you enjoyable xx

Elevation @ Emerald – A Perfect Family Dining Experience We recently visited Elevation @ Emerald and could not have asked for a better evening. The setting is warm and inviting, with a beautiful central log fire adding to the cosy atmosphere. The mostly glass exterior lets in the stunning views, and we were treated to a beautiful sunset while we enjoyed dinner. The meals were excellent – I had one of the best porterhouse steaks I’ve had in years, cooked perfectly and full of flavour. The kitchen was very accommodating with a few minor changes for the kids’ meals, which made dining as a family relaxed and easy. All of the food was delicious, well-presented, and arrived promptly. Prices were very reasonable, especially considering the quality and generous portions. The staff were friendly and attentive in every way, checking in just the right amount without being intrusive. Elevation @ Emerald delivered a perfect dining experience for our family, and we’ll absolutely be back. Highly recommended for a relaxed but high-quality meal in the hills.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but my recent visit to Elevation at Emerald was honestly disappointing—and not because I came in with unrealistic expectations, but because the food fell well below even basic standards. I ordered the crumbed chicken, and what arrived was incredibly underwhelming. The meat itself was bland, lacking any seasoning or flavor, but more concerning was the state of the crumb—raw, pale, and clearly undercooked. In a venue equipped with a full commercial kitchen and access to quality ingredients, there’s simply no excuse for serving food in this condition. I found myself wondering: is this the result of inexperience in the kitchen, or just a lack of care? Either way, it reflects poorly on a restaurant that should be striving to provide a quality experience. That said, I want to be fair—the front-of-house staff were exceptional. They were friendly, attentive, and handled my concerns with professionalism. They even issued a refund for the meal without hesitation, which I appreciated. Ultimately, good service can’t make up for poor food. I truly hope Elevation at Emerald takes this feedback seriously and reevaluates their kitchen quality. The location and staff have great potential—it’s time the food matched that standard.
