It's fine. Coffee's pretty good, bread's pretty good, croissants are fine, service is fine. I find the decor and atmosphere to be a bit depressing, same warehouse/stone/ambient/laptop/phone/dog/kid/tote/etc. I dunno, people go on and on about Wild Life, maybe I'm missing something, but it's exactly the same as a bajillion other inner city bakery cafe thingos. Not necessarily a bad thing, just fairly unremarkable. Prices are a bit rude, but prices everywhere are a bit rude, and you probably won't do any better in the neighbourhood. It's fine, it's reliable, it's whatever. If I'm with someone for lunch, sure, but it's not special enough to warrant my going there alone.

Staff are vague and rude. Arrived because the menu looked good online. Arrived at peak lunchtime. Had to wait for them to stop chatting to a departing staff member about her Saturday night plans. Then had to wait for them to clean the plates off the only available table. Then the waitress disappeared to clean the coffee machine so had to find the menus ourselves. Had to ask where the menus were and staff waved vaguely in the direction. Menu was different to online and nothing really appealed so we left. Didn't see the need to pay for 3 people to stand around cleaning things and not serving actual customers.

came around 11 am on sunday, and everything was almost sold out. Plain Croissant Beautiful layers, but they don't reheat it so a bit hard to eat and can't enjoy the butter fragrance fully I bring my own tumblr but after payment I am confused because they say later. Turns out, they will call your name and then pour the drink directly into tumblr. Pastie Reheated yayy. Inside is mashed potato mixed with herbs. Similar to curry puff in Asians. But I'm not a fan of the sauce. They have indoor heater since the dining area is open, but i think it was too strong. I feel like my face is burned after sitting for a while.

A hidden gem tucked away in a quiet residential pocket.. this sandwich bakery serves up some of the best toasties in Melbourne! While there was a bit of a queue, the service was quick. The sandwiches were freshly made, packed with flavour, and absolutely delicious. You can taste the quality of the ingredients. And to top it off, the coffee was excellent... smooth, rich, and perfectly brewed. Well worth seeking out if you are in the area!

This bakery was recommended to me by a friend, and it didn’t disappoint. Since I had eaten early, I tried the fermented chilli, garlic, and cheddar twist. It was good, though I think the pastry would be even better if it were warm. I love the aesthetic of the cafe. The glass panel allowed customers to see the kitchen in action, which was a nice touch. I’ll definitely be returning for more!
