Finally got to try this very hip spot in Collingwood, which came highly recommended for its sandwiches. I ordered the Egg Salad Sandwich but was given the chicken sandwich instead. I only realised after taking a bite... but it was so delicious I didnβt bother mentioning it!
They serve amazing coffee too.
Iβll definitely be back, and next time Iβll make sure I actually get the egg sandwich.

Falco Bakery has undeniably lovely pastries and the coffee was spectacular β one of the best Iβve had in a while. The service, though, felt a little disinterested and cold, which made the experience less warm than Iβd hoped. Maybe I just donβt have the required hipster cred to blend in (which is fair enough, and Christ I wish I had that kind of rizz haha!), but it did leave me a touch uncomfortable. Still, worth visiting for the quality of the baked goods and coffee.

We actually walked pass already but because of long queue, we changed our mind to give Falco a try and OMG! We made a right decision!
We got last almond croissant, it's so flaky (just right flaky level, not too hard)and filling is not too sweet. We feel lucky that we gave it a try. Definitely will visit again when come to Smith St.

Nice range of croissants here.
Flaky, light croissant with ham and cheese. Itβs nicely baked, brown but not burnt.

What a Delight!
So glad we made the effort to stop by Falco on Smith St for brunch, what a gem!
I had the best Reuben sandwich of my entire adult life, perfectly balanced, packed with flavour, and totally unforgettable. Every bite was perfect.
Whether you're craving sweet or savoury, there are no bad choices on the menu. Everything we tried was thoughtful, fresh, and downright delicious.
Highly recommend for anyone who loves a good brunch.
