This is the filthiest, most disgusting KFC I've ever eaten in. (Swan Street KFC)The place was empty on a Saturday, yet upstairs looked like a dirty third world country, with chicken bones and rubbish all over the floor. All the tables were dirty, with bits of old food on them. Seems like nobody here cares enough to make this place look hygienic. Never coming back to this salmonella haven again. Edit: The fries were also cold and the chicken was dry and disgusting. Is this even legal? Seems Australian hygiene standards have clearly gone downhill!

It was really disappointed all my orders was wrong, we ordered 2 meals one burger have to get double chicken but we got only one and another burger is the new stranger things burger there is no bread in there at all but in the picture for advertising supposed to have and i ordered with double lettuce but there was none in my burger at all and also the chips was really bad. We went went back to asked for fix, staff was really rude and just fixed only only burger. We won’t go back to this store again

I went through the drive-through today and honestly had one of the worst experiences I’ve had at a KFC. The person on the mic was extremely rude from the start, no basic customer service at all. When I pulled up to the window, two staff members were literally on their phones while cooking and working on the deep fryer, which is honestly shocking.
Then I got home and opened my food to find my chicken looking like this undercooked, rubbery, and absolutely not safe to eat. I’ve attached photos because it’s unacceptable that something like this is being served to customers.
This was honestly disappointing and concerning. Definitely needs attention from management because this is not acceptable for a major fast-food chain.

I came to kfc last night and had one of the most amazing juices burgers ever. Emelia, my order taker was the sweetest employee I had ever encountered. Send my compliments to the chef!

I was walking home after a long day of work last night and saw the KFC logo in the distance. It light my eyes up and I felt compelled to go inside and order some chicken. I was ordering some food and the Indian bloke at the front took my order. I ordered a single piece of chicken. I was so excited and when I got my order I was jumping with joy and ran to the nearest table to consume my piece. I opened the bag and took out the chicken. I stared at it for a few minutes and finally decided to take the bite. I put it in my mouth and it tasted absolutely HORRIBLE. YOU NEED TO DO BETTER THIS IS NOT GOOD ENOUGH.
