Very cute, authentic Japanese restaurant located on Smith Street, Collingwood. We booked a table for 4 and even though it was a Tuesday night, I would still recommend booking. We ordered 2 x pork gyoka's to share and edamame. For main we each had a Teishoku plate; mine was pork belly wrapped asparagus. A good feed for approximately $50 pp. The restaurant lacked airflow however, and it became quite hot and stuffy (30 degrees day). Overall a pleasant dining experience.

Wow wow wow!!
The Vegan ramen at Wabi Sabi in Collingwood is hands down the best vegan ramen β‘
A creamy sesame base. Just the right hit of lip tingling chili and so filling!
Lots of vegan options.
Hubbies chicken katsu curry was also exceptional.
Bit of a wait to get a table but that's coz its soooo good!

Ordered the fried salmon and itβs cooked to perfection, however their side dishes are a bit of hit and miss. Some were very salty, while some are quite plain. The zucchini with sweet corn combination is a little weird personally.
We were seated upstairs and it feels a little cramp, and you could literally see everyone that comes into the restaurant and also see what they are eating π
For the price you are paying, youβre better off eating at some other places selling similar Teishoku sets.
Toilets are extremely dark and located in the garden outside.
