I went through the drive-thru at McDonald’s Holmesglen and found what appeared to be a fried cockroach/insect in my Large Fries. I’ve kept photos and the sample. This is a serious food safety issue and I hope the store investigates and improves hygiene procedures urgently.

Every table had rubbish on it . Had to ask for the staff to clean a table for us to sit down. Here half an hour and no one can to clear any of the tables … disappointing

Seemed understaffed. Long wait, food was cold and no ice in drink cup. Tables all seemed dirty, toilets not good. Unfortunately we prefer fresh cooked hot food at a recently cleaned MacDonald's served quickly with a smile.
