Love Hanks Bagelry! The No. 01 Salmon on an everything bagel is by far my favourite, absolutely delicious. The staff are welcoming and super friendly, and you can feel the positive vibes as soon as you walk in. The atmosphere is clean, warm, and inviting, with plenty of seating options available. I’d definitely recommend bringing family and friends to try this place and experience the great variety offered on their menu.

I’ve been a Hank’s devotee since it opened. They make the best Chai Latte I have ever tasted in Melbourne and I’m fussy! The bagels are yummo and they have gluten free bagels for people like me! The staff led by the delightful Jordy are exceptionally lovely which makes my daily experience a treat. Thanks guys for being so lovely and providing an arrange of yummy bagels and chais. 😘😘 ps my doggo says thanks for the daily treats too ❤️❤️

I never normally do this sort of thing. But everything from the food to the service was terrible so I thought I’d share my experience. When ordering a salmon bagel, you would think the Dill cream cheese would be an important part of the food. My food would have been enjoyable except for the fact that they barely even put any on there. This made for a dry and exceptionally underwhelming product. Then when I tried to call up and give feedback and look for some contrition. I was met with someone who tried to play dumb and not acknowledge what I said. For a place whose reviews show an outstanding product and service. This is just throughly disappointing. For the owner this occurred at 1:30 on the 10/10/25

40 years ago I had a bagel at her Majesty‘s in Toorak Road, that was my reference .40 years later. I find myself at Hanks bagelry two days ago with no expectations. I ordered the number nine the chicken schnitzel I added avocado and sauerkraut and didnt know it would be the most amazing bagel I’ve ever had in my life. It was simply sensational. This place is a game changer.

A must visit to ‘Hank’s’ Bagelry’ for a mouth watering lite fresh bagel ( best I have ever had!) with the Pastrami Sauerkraut, Pickle & Swiss cheese option. The ‘Everything Bagel’ had many seeds & onion, & was lightly warmed up to perfection. So many choices to choose from- this Cafe served the BEST quality Bagels I have ever had to date. Staff are excellent; engaging & extremely polite! Highly recommend this Cafe for a quality experience which is so lacking elsewhere. Make sure you go!
