CAUTION! CHECK YOUR DRIVE THRU ORDER AT THE WINDOW BEFORE LEAVING.
The last three times I visited this McDonalds for drive thru, I had either not received all the items I had ordered or the order was packed incorrectly.
Unsure how this is consistently occurring, do better.

This McDonalds establishment was honestly disgusting. Firstly the drive thru staff was rude, impatient, condescending and disrespectful towards my father in law and my wife. My father in law served in the Philippines military and because he has a slight accent he gets abused at a drivethru? Unacceptable!. Not only were they rude towards us but they got our order completely wrong which left the entire family unsatisfied and offended. I was looking forward to my first meal of the day but because we lack the item I ordered I am left starving and depressed, this establishment has honestly ruined my entire day and won’t forget this. Do better McDonald’s because this restaurant deserves to shut down.
PSA I found a hair in my babies hotcakes and they are definitely not mine. (I’m blonde)

The tables and floors were disgusting for a dining facility. We arrived around 9am and the tables from the previous evening were not cleaned or wiped down. The play area floors were utterly disgusting. I would not bring any children to play here.

I visited this store today (Sunday) shortly before 12 pm. A female staff member wearing a black polo (a manager-level uniform) was extremely rude throughout the entire interaction.
We had placed an online order and went through the drive-through. After I gave her our order number, she confirmed our name but said she was having trouble processing the order and asked us to repeat it. We had ordered a McChicken Crispy burger and a Classic Angus meal, and the payment had already gone through. We forgot to mention the Classic Angus was a meal, so I added that afterwards. After I said this, she went completely silent — no instructions, no confirmation, nothing. We weren’t sure whether she heard us or not, so we waited.
She then asked for the order number again, and when we repeated it, she sounded impatient and seemed to think we were a different customer. She told us not to “stay there,” and at that point I started noticing her grumpy attitude, as if she was annoyed at us for no reason.
When we drove to the pick-up window, we noticed our chips and drink were missing. When we told her, she suddenly became angry and shouted at us, saying she had asked us “SEVEN times” and that we didn’t answer. I was shocked by her tone — I have never experienced this kind of behaviour anywhere. I asked her what she meant, but she ignored me completely. My partner told her that we simply didn’t receive what we ordered, but she refused to give it to us and also refused to tell us her name. I was very upset and told her we would never come back again. She clearly did not care and slammed the window shut in our faces.
I will be lodging an official complaint with McDonald’s as soon as I can. I truly hope the company takes this incident seriously.

This stuff is supposed to be fast food ! Drove up to the drive through, waited a couple of minutes before someone spoke with me. He said could I wait a minute ? A few minutes past, I ordered large chips, fillet a fish, quarter pounder and a hot apple pie.
Asked if they had any hot apple pies ? Fella replied yes.
Drove around paid for my so called food. Got to the next window another fella said we don’t have any apple pies. Then he said do you want any chocolate, I replied no. How long for an apple pie ? He said I don’t know. Most other stores will say it’s either a 7 or 11 minute wait.
Drove back around the corner, which is 3 minutes. Found my fillet a fish wasn’t together put it together. Scoffed that down, then pulled my quarter pounder out and found it was cold ? Which I don’t understand, since it comes out of the microwave. Good help is hard to find Maccas is really going downhill.
