Shocking customer service - greeted by the most unpleasant young staff members anywhere from 16 - mid twenty’s. One chewing gum anytime she greets you, a hello and have a nice day is like pulling teeth, slamming of windows. 8/10 wrong order, missing items, cold, bland, dry and frozen banana breads/McCafé items. Do yourself a favour drive the extra 5 mins and treat yourself to Williamstown McDonald’s. A far better experience, fresher food and service that is always welcoming and delightful.

A pleasant experience always, actually. I stop by while my car is getting serviced around the corner in the mornings. Sitting there with laptop and breakfast, it’s quiet, clean and temperature is good. Brekky deal is consistent. And staff at this time are good

Goodness me. One of Ronald’s best burger parlours. A wide variety of quality food and beverage at affordable prices. Clean establishment, plenty of seating, but make sure you don’t forget your wallet! Looking forward to my next visiting to the Golden Arches

Did not make the burger how I ordered it and I tried to call 4 times to talk to them about the mistake and not one answer. The meet looked and tasted as if it had been sitting there for the past few hours so I’m not to happy 😡😢
