I had the burger in the beer garden at Hardimans Hotel and it was such a great experience! The setting is truly beautiful, a leafy, relaxed beer garden that feels like a little oasis in Kensington 🍔. It’s the perfect place to unwind on a sunny afternoon or enjoy good food with friends. The burger itself was juicy and satisfying, with all the classic flavours you want from a pub meal, and paired wonderfully with the chilled atmosphere out front. Whether you’re catching up over lunch or settling in for dinner and drinks, the venue nails that laid back outdoor vibe. Hardimans strikes an awesome balance between great pub comfort and a touch of style, the beer garden really makes it feel like a backyard escape right in the city. If you’re in Melbourne’s west and want a lovely place for a feed in a gorgeous setting, this is definitely one to check out 🍻✨.

Probably the best steak night in Melbourne and I live in the east, so I’ve tried a few! The Cape Grim beef used is definitely premium, cooked beautifully. Add in the stunning ambience and a large selection of craft beers and you’ve got a winner!!

Dinner for 3 with Parmas. One of us got our food 20 minutes before the others. When we asked staff about our food we were told unapologetically that they’re busy and it’ll be another 10-15. One of the remaining Parmas came out at room temperature. However, the portions are generous and the ingredients seem good quality. I’ll definitely give it another go to rule out a once off experience.

From the minute we walked in until we left we had a great experience. The dining room has a very warm and inviting ambience, leatherette booths and dark lighting add to the feel. The choice of beer is huge, the selection of spirits just as big with a magnificent range of Australian spirits, most of which are delicious. Everything we tried from the menu was very tasty with generous portion sizes. Stand outs were the croquettes and beef rendang spring rolls from the entrees. The seafood pasta had a very generous amount of fresh seafood. The chicken parma was a good size, smoked ham a great addition. Flathead tails for the fish and chips was good to see, such a tasty fish. Don't know why we took so long to come here for dinner but it will become a regular slot, $25 Thursday steak nights is next on the list.
