Ordered a cowboy angus with extra angry onions and mayo. Came during a pretty busy time with decent wait time so I had expectation of things being relatively fresh. Was not the case. Patty was dry, bacon was very dry, almost like it had been sitting under the heating tray for hours and got approx 3 stale pieces of angry onion. The other ingredients were just average not fresh but was expected.

This is by far the worst location of this franchise. I ordered a combo burger and it arrived *without* the meat. Eighteen dollars for nothing but the bun

You should be ashamed of sending a snack like this. I just received my order through Uber Eats, and they sent a tiny amount of lettuce inside the sandwich, with bacon that isn’t fully and properly fried like it should be. To not completely waste what should’ve been my meal, I tried at least eating the chicken, but it tastes like old, dry meat.
I asked the delivery person to request some ketchup packets, but it was denied because they said it had to be purchased, even though every time we go to the restaurant, it’s given for free.
Disgusting restaurant!!!!

The Hungry Jack's branch in Altona North offers a decent fast-food experience with a few ups and downs. Situated conveniently near a shopping area, it’s a popular choice for locals seeking a quick bite.
Service is typically prompt, with staff being polite, though during peak times, there can be a bit of a wait. The drive-thru is a hit-or-miss, sometimes quick but occasionally slow during busy periods. The staff, however, remain friendly and try their best to handle the rush.
The food quality is as expected from Hungry Jack's, with their signature Whopper being a standout. The burgers are generally fresh, the fries hot and crispy, and they offer a good range of meal deals. However, on a few occasions, there may be slight inconsistencies in food preparation, like overcooked or under-seasoned items.
The restaurant is clean, though the seating area can become crowded during weekends, and occasionally, tables might need more frequent cleaning. The location offers ample parking, which is a plus compared to some other branches.
Overall, Hungry Jack's Altona North delivers a satisfactory fast-food experience with friendly service, though there’s room for improvement, particularly in wait times and food consistency.
