We ordered from thr highpoint gyg and we were really excited as we hadn't ordered uber eats for a long time and ordered it as a little treat. We ended up waiting 40 minutes for our uber eats order, and our food was freezing cold and our chips were half empty and unseasoned , and when I contacted the store the manager was unapologetic and unreasonable, hence resulted in a bad review.

I went to Melbourne from Adelaide, when I arrived starved my friend picked up some food in Guzman y Gomez, two bowls one vegetarian for me that was amazing, a lot of food and with shiitake mushrooms that were delicious. Also, the customer service was fast and friendly.

I am new to melbourne, it was my 3rd time at GYG. First was bad experience. Second time the food was good. But other issues. Now this was the 3rd one. All at different stores.
This one i ordered thru app. Waited, then the app said order was ready. But i had to wait long after it said it was ready. And the there was no cold coke no sugar.
The only alternative staff offered me a bit of ice.
And I have noticed that the fries in GYG has unpeeled potatoes. As per pick. I not seen this any other places till now.

One of the best Guzman in town. The quality of the food is quite good and service was quick. Didn’t had to wait too long to order. Had the chicken Tacos and beef nachos and it was amazing. Of all the Guzman I have been I would say this one definitely serves good quality food and service.
Pretty happy with the meal 😋
