I think we arrived very late, maybe 1h before the closing time. They welcomed us in, but we were seeing them preparing to close (which is fair). We visited in November and just had a fast snack. The chips had an interesting taste (I forgot which root plant was that) and the dumplings were not on my taste - I didn’t like a condiment inside. My friends liked them though. I liked the way you order. They have an app where you order and pay which makes the process faster.

Took a friend to this tiny dumpling place. Got a table ok but it can get busy. Tried different dumplings and they were all great taste. Dumplings and beer is a great combo. Service was quick and friendly. Cost was on the expensive side.

Vintage shanghai feels...and the Melbourne dumplings are unique snack which goes well with the condiments (vinegar and chilli seed oil). You get 8 dumplings in one serving.

The space is tiny and the portions are truly mini, just like the name suggests. Our group of three ordered four dishes, and the total came to AUD 60, a bit pricey for such small servings. But I have to say, the flavors were great! - Pan Fried Dumplings: Thin wrappers, nicely pan-seared, served steaming hot; perfect for a chilly day sitting outdoors. I tried the Beef and Prawn + Pork fillings; the Prawn + Pork was my favorite because the filling was less wet and more balanced. - Stewed Pork Belly Bun: Soft bao with braised pork and a rich peanut sauce. For my taste, the pork was a bit too salty. - Cold Sesame Noodles: Cold noodles with shredded carrot, cucumber, crunchy chips, and a flavorful soybean-sesame sauce. I loved this one: light, refreshing, and super enjoyable.

Delicious dumplings right in the heart of the city! Nestled in a small lane, not many tables but has a great feel to it. The interior is tastefully decorated. Had to ask for one of our dishes to arrive but otherwise a very positive experience.
