Ordered all fried food. Dim sims, potato cakes, crab sticks and medium chips. Ate the food at the lovely play ground down the road. No complaints from the kids or the lovely wife!

Ordered a fisherman basket. But was missing crumbled prawns and tartar sauce as the menu promised. We take away the food, the owner wrap the food with paper and tape instead of a normal box. So we couldn't see what's inside.
The squid ring and scallop is also not fresh. It has a stinky stench when biting to it. The fish was also bland.

Don't normally purchase our Saturday fish & chips from this shop, but recently the other 2 options we have in town have really been disappointing as of late. With changes in owners to pre packed frozen chips now seem to be the better choice, we decided to order here. Must say was surprised in how the food was good & the potato-cakes were just how they should be, thin :) Chips like most now days in these shops were terrible as all pre cut & frozen chips are, just tasteless. so only 3 stars for food because of those chips they use. Service was friendly & quick.
will be back, but not for those chips.

We got grilled flake which was so thin it may as well have been a fish crepe. Not much fish in this fish. What was there was dry & overcooked.
Pretty ordinary.

Service was ok and atmosphere normal for fish and chip shop- however food wasn’t good I tried twice for the family got lamb kebabs and full of lettuce we pulled half out and still so much lettuce and the meat had a lot of fat on it stringy not kebab meat
