Love this store. Super cute, great range and they do beautiful gift wrapping which has got me out of trouble a couple of times.

After googling, found that Behind the Trees might stock the Amble rain jacket I was after. I'd tried the wrong colour in a local store for size, which was a bit iffy. Friendly and super helpful when I rang last Friday afternoon (8 Sept) - easy to return if not the right size or I was unhappy in any way. Parcel arrived this morning (Monday 11 Sept). Luckily the size is right, quality of the product is excellent - worth the money.... and the fun surprise of a giant free chocolate freckle was a heart-lifting (if waist expanding 😁) bonus. Saved hours of driving... another bonus. Highly recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Unbelievable customer service. Gorgeous wrapping and almost overnight shipping! I had googled an item and it came up with this gorgeous store to which I was surprised to know they were local. Can’t wait to visit in person. Thank you also for the personalised note, who said customer service was dead.

Just wanted to pass on my thanks! I ordered some merry people shoes and they arrived super quickly and were packaged really well. I tried them on and realised they might be the wrong size but it was pretty straightforward to order another pair so I can compare the two. I could order from the merry people website but it’s nice to get it from somewhere local 😊
