The experience here was really disappointing. I initially said the service was lovely but dealing with management(who asked me to reach out to them) has been a horrible experience.
The chicken was dry and had no flavour. It was really hard to eat. It was supposed to be grilled. But there was no taste of it being so.
The steak cuts were chewy(being ribeye) and inconsistently cooked. Also had minimal flavour.
The braised lamb was not seared. Again, did not have any flavour.
For the price being charged, it’s just so bad. Even if it was much cheaper, I can’t see myself ever coming back and would advise anyone to not go.
It was a quiet night too.

I reached out to the team, only for them to tell me that I should’ve said something in person. Well…that was a waste of time.
Also, we already had a 50% coupon for the food

Had buffet breakfast and dinner at the venue as well as Happy hour drinks. Food was lovely and the staff that were looking after us were absolutely fantastic. Catie, Gregor and Genesis were very friendly and super helpful . Definitely made our experience much better. Compared to other venues we've stayed at it was nice to have friendly staff

I challenge any of the staff or even the chef to taste their own food. The lamb was genuinely disgusting and inedible. Absolutely no flavor at all and it wasn’t even seared. It was just boiled lamb!
I was embarrassed to even tell the waitress how bad it was! I had only a little and returned the rest. It was inedible.
The skin was basically raw and it wasn’t even salted.
The steak had absolutely no flavor and was tough for $60+
One of the most disappointing experiences I’ve ever had dining out.
My friends and I spent over $160.00 on terrible food and that’s after our discounted 50% offer since we booked on the first table app. STILL NOT WORTH IT!
To top it all off, the manager responded to one of my friends reviews inviting him back… then when he emailed directly, they said they’re not inviting him back 😂 🤦♂️
You can’t make this stuff up!
It’s a circus over there at platform 270.
I challenge the manager or chef to finish the braised lamb in one sitting and pretend they like it with a straight face.

The food and service were great. I enjoyed the Cauliflower and King Prawns.
There was 3 of us and they gave us 2 pieces of Focaccia which I thought was disappointing and for the price, you would expect a better serving.
Otherwise, good experience with minor improvements.

Amazing place, the seafood linguine was perfect. Ambience was amazing. They had a nice big table for us. We had a great Pinot Grigio with the meal and a beautiful apple dessert at the end. Service was phenomenal. From the host to our waiter. Would 100% recommend.
