Went in for lunch and had the Spicy fish, crispy pork and crispy chicken.
The crispy pork was battered and delicious, it was crispy and the meat was soft. The crispy chicken was the same, I’d go back just for these alone.
If you like spicy then the spicy fish is definitely that and the tofu is absolutely beautiful. It was a little salty for me but after a while all you feel is the heat from the chillies. The fish is cooked to perfection and wonderfully soft.
It’s a little expensive but you get great service and good quality food.
Overall we enjoyed our experience the service and atmosphere is amazing.

Had an amazing dining experience at Tanyu Emporium. Amazing grilled fish! The fish was tender, flavourful, and perfectly cooked, with a deliciously rich broth. All the side dishes were fresh and soaked up the seasoning really well. The service was friendly and fast, and the restaurant had a warm, comfortable atmosphere. A great place for dinner with friends or a casual night out. Highly recommend and will definitely come back!

From the moment I walked in, the service and atmosphere were welcoming.
The grilled fish is the star of the show tender, juicy, and packed with flavour.
I tried the Fresh Green Pepper and it was absolutely delicious.
I also loved the little extras: a welcome snack when you arrive, a self-service tea counter where you can brew your own tea, and the DIY Ice Jelly Bar for dessert.
The Fried Crispy Pork was another highlight crispy outside, juicy inside, and so addictive.
The portions are generous, perfect for sharing, and the variety of cooking styles and spice levels means there’s something for everyone.
Definitely one of the best dining experiences in Melbourne I’ll be coming back for sure! 🐟✨
