Very intimate and cozy ambience, so lovely especially in winter. Everything we had was absolutely yummy! Our waitress recommended to try the baked brie which is under the dessert section and omg THE HIGHLIGHT of the night! Understandable new to the job, front of house staff could have been a little more attentive to be honest, as multiple times the water wasn’t refilled but not a huge deal. Will definitely come back more and more times😊❤️

A cute but spacious spot on the way to St Kilda, with all the lights and cheese makes for the perfect date night/afternoon place. How do I like my cheese? Yes! . 🧀 2 Cheese Cheesemonger's Choice - accompanied by quince paste, freshly baked bread & our house made lavosh. 🥔 Bitterballen - Dutch-style croquettes with Camembert, Provolone Piccante & Parmigiano Reggiano 🥪 Croque Monsieur - classic French sandwich with Swiss Gruyère, Raclette, Double smoked ham, béchamel & Dijon. 🧅 French Onion Soup - with Comté gratin crouton. 🍞 Goat Cheese Madeleines - Meredith Farm Chevre madeleines with herbs de provence (3pc). . One of each please! Had us rolling out with dessert in hand. Everything was delicious and perfect, from the deep fried and delicious cheese balls to my first time croque monsieur, with a very generous slip and slide filling. The only thing we wouldn't get again is the Madeleines, like they're good but everything else was better. . ⏰️ For their 10th location anniversary they've got a $10 menu with a range of dishes/drinks perfect for a late lunch, 3-6pm on Weekdays, St Kilda location. These dishes are normally around $15-21 each. Offer ends 31 Aug. . We'll definitely be back before then, really want that Croque d'Aubergines, as they were sold out today. Service was very friendly. 🍆Edit - It was too spicy for me, and a fail. . 🧀 @milkthecowmelb 📍St Kilda ❗️Watch your parking, 1hr limit 💵Usual price $90+ we paid $50 + drinks.

First visit was a bit naff but they were training staff and I could see the potential. Returned for a second visit and happy I did. The cheese is delicious, the wine more so. The setting across the park is beautiful and on a sunny day it’s a fab place to sit and have wine and cheese. The service on this occasion was excellent but given the prior experience it’s clear how much the place relies on the staff knowing their stuff.

I am happy to see it remains as consistently delightful as ever despite being around 5 years in between visits. The menu is deliciously unchanged, the venues scent is familiarly potent and the staff are sadly still quite inattentive. Hot tip come on a Friday night to avoid the weekend surcharge and definitely get the delicious baked Brie

The range of cheese is incredible, and liquor options to match any taste! If you are unsure, the friendly staff will always be happy to create a cheeseboard based on your preferences. Been several times and never been dissappointed!
