I’m a tourist and I had a great experience here. NATALIA was kind and helpful, which made my visit even more special. I wanted to leave a tip, but I wasn’t sure how to do it. Sorry about that. The food was delicious, and I made wonderful memories. Thank you so much!

I was a bit disappointed with my pasta here, got the gamberto and the sauce was a let down. I’d describe it as water tasting with a slight hint of tomato. The fettuccine itself was quite nice although I’d have had it in the pot a bit longer. I do like al dente pasta and it’s always how I have it and cook it but this was slightly pre aldente and a little bit chewy. The redeeming factor was the prawns they were delicious and cooked perfectly. Would def try a different sauce next time tho. The cheesy garlic bread was nice. The dough was delicious.

The whole experience was awesome from the great table, the pizza and pasta were cooked perfectly and we left absolutely full. The service was quick and calm no rushing around. The music playing was a great playlist, however was a little bit loud as I’m kinda deaf. Other than that everything was awesome!!

Vapiano on Flinders Lane has a really nice vibe - the space is well built with a spacious dine-in area. The ambience definitely sets a good first impression. However, the service was unfortunately quite slow. Many tables were left dirty for a long time, and food took much longer than expected to arrive, which took away from the overall experience. That said, the flavours were good. The food itself didn’t disappoint, especially the Pesto Mediterranean pizza, which was fresh, well-balanced, and definitely a standout dish. Overall, it’s a place with potential thanks to the space and food quality, but improved service and better table turnaround would make a big difference to the dining experience.

Vapiano Flinders Lane – A Taste of Italy in the Heart of Melbourne I recently had the pleasure of visiting Vapiano on Flinders Lane with a few friends, and the experience was truly delightful. From the moment we walked in, we were welcomed by a warm, inviting atmosphere that immediately set the tone for a great dining experience. The pizza we ordered was exceptional; perfectly baked, served at just the right temperature, and rich with authentic Italian flavours. The staff were attentive and friendly, ensuring every detail of our visit was seamless. The space itself is bright, modern, and well-designed, striking the right balance between casual comfort and professional polish. For anyone seeking authentic Italian cuisine in Melbourne’s city centre, Vapiano Flinders Lane is a standout choice. Experiences like this remind me that great hospitality is not only about food, it’s about creating an environment that brings people together and leaves a lasting impression.
