I had an amazing dining experience at this BBQ restaurant. The food was absolutely delicious, with high-quality meat that was perfectly seasoned and grilled to perfection. Every bite was juicy and full of flavor. The variety on the menu was impressive, and everything we tried tasted fresh and authentic. The side dishes were also very well prepared and complemented the barbecue perfectly. On top of that, the service was friendly and attentive, and the atmosphere was warm and welcoming. It’s definitely a great place to enjoy a meal with friends or family. Highly recommended — I will definitely come back again!

I recently dined at Ing BBQ, and it turned out to be one of the most enjoyable Korean BBQ experiences I’ve had in Melbourne. The ingredients were impressively fresh, and every dish felt thoughtfully prepared. The beef bulgogi was a clear favourite — tender, perfectly marinated, and packed with flavour. It grilled beautifully and stayed juicy without being overly sweet. The oyster blade was another standout. It had great marbling and cooked to a melt-in-your-mouth texture that really showcased the quality of the meat. If you enjoy premium cuts, this one should be at the top of your list. I was also pleasantly surprised by the salmon sashimi. It was fresh, buttery, and sliced generously, adding a refreshing contrast to the richness of the grilled meats. The crayfish was another highlight — sweet, delicate, and full of flavour, making the whole meal feel a bit more special. To finish, their cream puffs were unexpectedly amazing. Light, crisp on the outside, and filled with smooth, creamy custard, they were the perfect way to end the meal. Overall, Ing BBQ offers top-quality food, friendly staff, and great value. Highly recommended for anyone who loves good Korean BBQ and fresh seafood.
