The best crossaints you will ever taste. Made with absolute love and dedication, the perfect combination of crispy and soft. A special mention of the chocolate and almond crossaints, they are perfection. Eat at your own peril, as most other crossaints will pail in comparison once you've eaten one of these pieces of heaven.

Picked up Hazel croissant at the Lost Woods Market in Emerald ... and it was excellent. Light, bit of crisps, lovely chewiness, and perfectly roast hazelnut filling. Brent was super friendly, too! Heartily recommend.

Incredibly delicious! Oral orgasm material... especially the almond croissant... but they are all delicious so far. I'm looking forward to trying the hazelnut. You need to plan ahead and order online, then pick up from a cute little cart on Ridge Rd. Bring a coffee, sit down in the nearby reserve and enjoy the view!

I attended a Beginnerβs Sourdough Croissant Workshop. It was a fabulous day, with all of the tools and dough you needed.
The demonstrations, were always very interesting and easy to understand. He was always very helpful and so positive with all members of the class. We all went home with a tray full of ready to bake goodies. 6 croissants, 4 chocolate croissants & 4 danishes. We also made our own dough to take home -1kg and he generously shared a sourdough starter.
The day also included a beautiful morning tea and lunch. It was a most enjoyable day. Would highly recommended doing the workshop.

A lovely taste of France in the hills. You simply order online and pick up on saturday. Pick up point is quaint wagon with your name on your goods. No contact, no fuss and your reward is a delicious, mouth watering croissant. On offer, at the moment, are chocolate, plain, almond and cinnamon. All homemade by a local artisan in the dandenong ranges these treats are sure to make your day. Go for a lovely wander, or drive, around the area and stop at one of the many spectacular viewpoints to enjoy your croissants. Maybe buy a takeaway coffee from some of the great cafes we have here in the hills. Either way you won't be disappointed.
Update 24/8/23
Ordered some more croissants last saturday. OMG i tried a couple i haven't had before, chocolate, cinnamon and almond. Wow i thought just the plain were amazing but Brent knows how to make and bake croissants. The chocolate was the perfect sweetness to compliment the creamy, buttery...ness of the croissant. The almond was crunchy and nutty and tasted amazing and the cinnamon was like eating the best cinnamon doughnut.
I don't know how Brent does it but you must order some and try them, they teuly are amazing. On pick up they are very well presented too, placed in a box try and then in a paper bag, very sustainable and great to get them home in to enjoy, or do what we did and go for a drive and a picnic in the surrounding hills with a takeaway coffee....yum
I have added photos of our doughnut feast to entice.....enjoy !
