I am speechless. …Almost 😅 This was SUCH an incredible experience. Food was delicious, service was next level, it was value packed IMO, noodle man was a great touch and vybes were on point ✨ We went with the fam for an early Christmas get together and booked a private room. They accommodated my vegan dietaries so well, and honestly I can’t believe how many options I had! The mushroom broth was 🤌🍄‍🟫 with mushrooms, greens, tofu and bean curd that absolutely slapped. And the meat eaters? They had another broth that they loved with heaps of meat options. Shout out to Nelson, who’s service was out of this world. Literally from the moment we got there to the moment we were leaving - faultless! And made us feel so welcome and like nothing was a problem. Thanks Nelson! If you’re reading this and thinking about it - DO IT. I’m already planning my next visit. 🍲 🥢

Hands down one of the best hotpot experiences I’ve had. The food quality is consistently great — fresh meats, generous portions, and a soup base that actually tastes like effort went into it. But let’s be real: the service is on another level. Staff are insanely attentive without being annoying, and they even surprised us with a birthday cake (the green one) which honestly caught us off guard in the best way. Zero awkwardness, just good vibes. The atmosphere is clean, comfortable, and perfect for group dinners. You can tell they’ve thought through every little detail so you can just sit there, cook, eat, and lose track of time. Yes, it’s not cheap — but you absolutely get what you pay for. If you’re craving hotpot and debating where to go, stop overthinking it. Just come here.

Went on Saturday at 5pm without a reservation. The staff said we might have to wait more than an hour. We reserved a phone number and waited less than an hour to get our turn. The staff were very good. There was birthday entertainment, but the restaurant was very loud with music and people talking. The food was fresh and delicious. The soup was quite spicy. Some dishes took a long time to arrive. Paid $140 for 2 people.

I loved this hotpot place, mainly because of the nails, bathrooms, food and service. firstly, you can do free nails whilst waiting for your food, or after. the line was long a couple days ago so I did my nails right after I finished eating. my nails turned out amazing, and they were really fast. I enjoyed the bathrooms because of the bidets, and the cleaness of the bathrooms. they provided free toothpicks, mouthwash, and cups, along with a air humidifier. the food here was amazing, I mainly enjoyed the rice cakes, potato’s, and noodles. I also recommend coming here because of the entertainment and service. there are little robots that serve food, free gifts for children, a mask changing performance, and a noodle performance, which I enjoyed. they also sang happy birthday to the people around, which was very friendly.

Got to try the 4 flavoured hot pot 🍲: • Golden soup with fish maw and chicken hot pot • spicy milk hot pot • Pepper flavored pork stomach & chicken hot pot • ultra- rich tomato hot pot Unique flavors all very delicious, love their multiple ladles for each flavour so it will not contaminate each other. Easy to order dishes, as all using the iPad. Staff served us soup at the start with their special creation, which was delicious! Seating is spacious, and easy to locate the side dishes/ sauce station. They give us aprons as well to protect our clothing. Each station has different sides, so definitely walk around to see what dishes are available. Made own 🥒 vinegar dish so it is easy to mix and match flavors. Some dishes inform us that the staff can help us/serve for us. It was nice to have them help us when necessary. It is on the pricier side, but the experience was lovely. There is extra experiences like nails can be done if you would like, playground for children as well! Parking is easy as you can park in Glen Waverley car park or outside parking.
