OMG the best bahn mi ever!!! The service was absolutely amazing kind caring and gave us great suggestions! The vegetables and pork were so fresh and there are long queues! It was a long drive but it was absolutely worth it! Highly recommend:) :) thank you !!!

The Bahn mi was good but I’ve had better from a few other places. The Pate was non-existent but the crispy pork and gravy is good. Service; I was waiting in line and everyone in-line order was being served, but once it got to me she started randomly picking people to serve. I tried to get her attention but it took someone else to point at me. Food = 4/5 Service = 1/5

Be prepared to wait in a queue for over 40 mins. I was happy to wait given the hype. This place was rated best in Melbourne so obviously people like this place but to be honest it missed the mark for the 3 of us that tried it today. Firstly we compared 3 different locations so I have reviews of all 3 on my page. I don't think onion belongs in Banh Mi. I love onion but this didn't suit a trad roll. Just the traditional spring onion only for us anyway. There was more salad than pork. The coriander and chilli didn't taste fresh and overall it was really disappointing. The pork was a little underwheelming too but crispy at least. The bun was crispy too which was great. The liver paste was the best thing about the roll. Our combined score was a 2.5 out of 5. We then tried the Roast Pork with BBQ sauce and sadly this was even worse, none of us rated it beyond a 1 star out of 5. This place is pumping out orders with long queues so it is a hit for many, also cash only. But I'll be honest there's far better gems in the South East. Check out my other reviews if your keen to find out where. The overall score across the rolls today was 1.75 out of 5.

Life changing banh mi. Bread was perfectly crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. Fillings were to the brim and meat was flavorful. Thick layer of pate elevated the entire bun. Definitely worth the drive/ride if visiting Melbourne.

Tried this place as few weeks ago on a Saturday around 1pm. There was a huge queue of people waiting to order that was around 30 meters long so don't go here if you want to get rolls in a hurry. The two rolls were very tasty and very filling with lots of ingredients. The chicken was the best one. The roast pork had too many fatty bits. NOTE: You can only pay by cash or Payid. They don't accept credit cards unfortunately. Also this is strictly take away as there are no tables to sit down. If it wasn't for the fatty bits in the pork and the 15min wait in line to order i would of given this place 5 stars.
