I need to say how bad my experience was this morning if I could give this place zero stars and there was an option I would this morning I came with my Son via drive-through to get him some breakfast as we’re on our way to the emergency hospital I asked for some fries and a
also food for my son you wouldn’t believe this. I literally the chips I asked prior if it can come hot so they knew it was 3/4 full so I asked if I can have more chips while I was waiting. I just took three chips out so I can eat they gave me cold chips on top and they said they weren’t gonna fill it to the top because I took two chips even though I had to sit in my car and wait number one they didn’t have a full to the top number two they gave me cold chips on top of that number three that’s against health regulations. These kids are on the young they took them. Mickey out of me had no respect whatsoever they need to have more mature people and a manager there that takes people serious. It was. I was so disgusted and delivered. I hope the store manager says this and can rep remind these kids. He just laughed at me the straw manager at the time and it was a true story. I have a video to prove it.

I ordered a fillet o fish burger, when I opened it, the colour is very different. It seem like over fry or putting so long. The frozen coke when I bring home already half, I no even drink yet. Firstly was ordered medium frozen lemon and popping pearls. The girl in cashier said too liquid asking me if want frozen coke. I thought is exchange to frozen coke, so I agreed but it turned mixing frozen lemon&popping pearls with frozen coke. Weird colour, look disgusting. After I complain it change to frozen coke for me but there additional $1 they didn’t refund to me till I asked they. They said replace with 50cents ice cream. I agreed but what when I want to enjoy my food. Everything look no right, the food and drink. The colour and portion too. The worst McDonald’s I ever eat.

Toilets were disgusting, when we alerted the manager she did not want to know
There was toilet paper through the whole restaurant and food service was slow to top it all off.
Understand if they’re understaffed however this isn’t good enough!

Waited more than 15 minutes at the Mulgrave branch for my coffee.
Only one server at the counter moving at snail's pace with an ever-growing line. There was no care or concern shown for waiting customers.
I left without collecting my coffee which I had already paid for.
