Soul Garden Karen BBQ delivered an outstanding experience from start to finish, making it a venue we would happily recommend to families and groups alike. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that a lot of care has gone into creating a welcoming, clean, and well-organised space that caters to all ages. The food quality was a real highlight. Everything was exceptionally fresh, well presented, and offered a great variety, ensuring there was something to suit everyone’s taste. The BBQ ingredients were easy to prepare and cook, and the equipment provided was modern, user-friendly, and clearly well maintained. Even those who are not confident with BBQ cooking would find the setup simple and enjoyable to use. What truly set this experience apart was how family-friendly the venue is. The kids absolutely loved being involved in the cooking process, which made the meal both interactive and fun. The variety of food options kept them engaged and excited, turning what could have been a standard meal into a memorable activity for them. It’s refreshing to find a place that genuinely considers the experience of younger guests while still maintaining a professional and relaxed atmosphere for adults. Cleanliness throughout the venue was excellent. The cooking areas, seating, and shared spaces were all spotless, which added to the overall comfort and peace of mind during our visit. Staff have clearly made hygiene and presentation a priority. A unique and thoughtful feature is the outdoor bubble dining option. These heated, enclosed bubbles allow guests to comfortably enjoy the outdoor setting even on colder days, adding a special touch to the experience and making it suitable year-round. Overall, Soul Garden Karen BBQ combines fresh food, ease of use, family-friendly fun, and a clean, innovative setting to create a truly enjoyable dining experience.

The food is delicious 😋 we've eaten here a few times now and we never leave disappointed. Belly's full and content 👌 Can get a bit hectic around dinner times on the weekends though. Weekdays especially a Monday or Tuesday was much more relaxed and not much waiting in lines to grab your next 2 or 4 servings. Cause its a buffet menu, come prepared for a feast. Wear your stretchy pants 🤣😂 The staff are friendly and helpful. The floors can get a tad slippery so be aware when walking around the isles. Best experience we've had and we definitely recommend Seoul Gardens Korean Buffet to family and friends. Keep up the great service and food 👍🏼 👌

It was my first visit here, recommended by a friend. To conclude first — it’s definitely a place I’d recommend to my friends as well, especially those who come with a big appetite. There’s a wide variety of meats and sauces, so you can create your own perfect combination. My personal favourites were the wagyu beef, soba noodles, and ice cream. Next time, I’ll make sure to come even hungrier!

One thing that's a bit different in this joint is that you are allowed to choose a hotpot soup of your choice. This hotpot soup can be Korean spicy base, spicy mala and many more. The choice of meat cuts is not bad and dessert other than ice cream you will have access to DiY bingsu and various cakes. For the price it's decent and staff is friendly.

A great place to try authentic Korean food! The main highlight is that you can enjoy both hotpot and BBQ at the same time. There’s a wide variety of meat options, though the sweet dishes are quite limited. Make sure to pre-book your table, as each dining session lasts 90 minutes. Note that there’s a surcharge on weekends and public holidays. Each table is allowed one hotpot — I recommend trying the Korean spicy soup base for the best flavor. There’s 2-hour parking available nearby, but it can be a bit tricky to find a spot during busy times.
