Excellent hot pot with outstanding service. Soup bases are rich, ingredients are fresh, and the sauce bar has great variety. Staff are incredibly attentive with lots of thoughtful touches that make the experience feel premium.

Brilliant and friendly service from the staff member pictured. She was very attentive while we had our meal. Highly recommend this venue for occasions such as birthday parties because everyone gets to have what they want to eat with the flavours they like. There’s plenty of complementary food so you get a load of bang for your buck. Very clean building too. You can easily reach the restaurant after getting off the train at Box Hill Station, so no need to worry about parking if you’re easily rage-baited like me. 👌

It has a wonderful atmosphere with delicious food and a very friendly team. The service is accurate and professional, and hygiene standards are excellent—the place is very clean and neat. The accommodation is comfortable, and there are plenty of activities for kids. Complimentary items such as ice cream, hot and cold drinks, and printed photos are a lovely touch. The reward points system is great, offering a wide variety of goodies, with different options each time for children. Overall, it’s an amazing place to spend quality time with friends and family. Exceptional service, the staff are straightforward and very polite and professional. The food only takes a few minutes to arrive and many free services such as ice cream, coffee, snacks and iced teas. The view is also very nice since it is on the top floor of a 3 story building. It also offers student discounts
