Went to the RSPCA and got to see lots of cute cats my favorite animals are rabbits 🐇 and cats it was so much fun to see them and hear the dogs barking like crazy overall wonderful experience very friendly staff but the dog adoption area smells like a public toilet and needs to be cleaned regularly overall 4/5 I love cats 🐱

A huge thank-you to the RSPCA team for all the professional help and the super detailed introduction. Because of you guys, we got to bring home Mo—our adorable little angel (who’s now named Subi)

My mom and I arrived at the adoption center at 10 AM today. We decided to buy a puppy we had been observing for a long time. We then confirmed the dog we wanted with the receptionist, a black-haired staff member. The receptionist gave us a lot of information about dogs. After learning that this was our first time adopting a dog in Australia, she tried to prevent us from adopting this particular dog. After we confirmed our intention to adopt, she spent almost half an hour explaining the process to us, and only then did she tell us that my father also needed to be present. Wasting half an hour of our time like that? Okay, so we contacted my father to come at 3 PM. We waited until 3 PM, when another family arrived wanting to adopt the same dog. The staff member then took that family to see the dog, leaving and ignoring us to wait in the lobby. I tried to argue with another brown-haired staff member, who gave us a buzzer and told us to wait there. We waited like this until 3:40 PM. However, even if we could adopt the dog, we wouldn't be able to get it (the time was too short). We were really frustrated by the staff's incompetence and the complicated adoption process. We been there for three times and made two calls. In the end, only one male staff member came out to apologize. If it weren't for him, I wouldn't have given him even a one-star rating.

We collected our rescue cat Kimem (a beautiful 14 mth old ginger) 3 days ago. I want to say a special thankyou to staff member Molly for all her advice on settling her in at home. She has adapted super well, is very social and a joy to have around. Takes every new scenario really well. Marian & Geoff
