Great Food, Bad Service. The food is amazing and the portions are huge so easy to share to take-away the leftovers for the next day. There is more than enough variety for vegetarians as well. The Pizzas, Pastas, Garlic Bread, Parma, Grilled Fish and Deserts are all awesome.
The problem is the service - most servers are not attentive and we have to keep waving our hands to get their attention, specially if your table is not strategically placed. The servers can also be impolite and lazy if you ask for anything that requires them to work more than they should. We were a group of 12 for dinner and one person on the table requested for fresh pepper for her Pasta. She requested one server and he said he will be back but didn't show up again. She requested another server and she pretty rudely said it must be on the table but there was no fresh pepper on the table. This was on a Monday evening so the restaurant was not that busy but the servers still pretended to be busy and disinterested in serving well. I have noticed this one time earlier as well and my conclusion is that when the Owner of the restaurant is not present, the staff becomes lazy and less attentive. Just my personal judgement but would love to hear back from the restaurant on the reason for poor service.
It is very sad that a restaurant with amazing food gets a bad review due to terrible service!

Amazing food, generous portions and yummy desserts, shout out to our amazing server who was so accomodating when my friend was having a hard time picking from the dessert menu because everything sounded so good! Chocolate moose is thick and creamy with the right amount of richness pistachio gelato canoli is sweet and nutty with a crunchy shell. I also recommend the chicken and mushroom pesto risotto. Special shoutout to the lovely male waiter Amir! Would love to come again :)

We came in as a huge group our entire pharmacy team, more than 45 people and the experience was fantastic from start to finish. Even with such a large party, the food service was incredibly quick, and everything came out fresh and delicious.
The portions are generous and clearly made for sharing, which made the whole meal perfect for a family-style dining experience. It really added to the fun and made it easy for everyone to try a bit of everything.
A special thank you to the owner, who I spoke with at the beginning. His kindness, professionalism, and genuine care for his customers truly stood out and set the tone for the evening.
And a heartfelt thank you to Natalie, who took such wonderful care of my team. She not only made sure we were all looked after, but also recommended the Dubai chocolate donuts and wow, they were to die for. Absolutely delicious and super recommended! They were the perfect way to end the night.
Highly recommend this place — we’ll definitely be back!

The service was very warm and the food came out quickly. The food was delicious and the portions were generous. A very nice waiter told us that they would not let guests leave empty-handed or on an empty stomach, which was such a sweet thing to say.

I've visited here a dozen times, and every time, I am blown away by the delicious food. I am echoing this feedback, but if you're hungry, come here because the portions are massive. The service is amazing, and I always feel looked after. Even if they're busy, they'll make you feel seen. The atmosphere is a little lacking due to the big families being loud, but otherwise, if you're focussed on the food, it's not a huge bother. Regardless, it's a must visit.
