I was so surprised with how big this store is! Came to collect my click and collect order. The staff were very friendly and attentive and my order was ready straight away. Restaurant was very clean and well presented. And the donuts!!! Omg cooked to perfection, absolutely delicious

Usually just stop at the closest 7eleven for a Krispy Kreme and the original glazed when in the city but went a little out of the way to find an official store and it was well worth it! The freshness was fantastic and the variety so much more. Take the extra trip to get here and it’ll be well worth it! 🍩

Massive Krispy kreme branch located right next to Hungry Jacks(formerly Red Rooster)doughnuts are serve fresh production is right behind the counter where customer can see doughnuts are freshly baked every day. So soft and still warm. Very clean facility. Outstanding customer service received from David he welcome customers with a smile he served me twice on different days, thank you! There is also a drive thru and although the guy that served me did not quite listen to my order last night I’ll still give a 5 star as the doughnuts were ready when I drive at the pay/pick up counter just please listen carefully next time and don’t interrupt customer when they talk. Will definitely come back and recommend this branch. 5-stars!

Krispy Kreme has great treats and the service can be excellent when things move quickly. However, the coffee is not always served at the right temperature, which can be disappointing. With faster service and consistently hot coffee, they could easily excel.

On Sunday 11th February 2024 my partner and I went to Krispy Kreme - Highpoint Shopping Centre and met Wendy and ordered 2 donuts - Original Glazed, Cookies and Cream and the Cookies and Cream Thick Shake. She provided excellent customer service - Well mannered, friendly and polite. Fresh donuts, smooth drink too. Highly recommended. Thank you :)
