Berwick Springs Hotel

Great location - Food was excellent on the night we attended. Had dinner with family and everyone was delighted with their meals. Very kid friendly, even a playground to keep them entertained. Good decent pub meals at reasonable prices. Recommend

After reading the other reviews we weren't expecting much but wanted to go somewhere the kids could have a good play so decided to risk it. Very glad we did! Amazing play ground, food was surprisingly delicious and the staff were brilliant. They even filled up our baby bottle with warm milk free of charge. Only negative was the cleanliness of the high chairs and the table didn't have enough cutlery or any napkins. Would definitely become our regular if we didn't live 90 mins away.

Nice place for a family getaway together. Very big kids' play area. There was 8 of us and we all enjoyed the food and the venue. Prices were about the going rate. I would return.

This is our second time at this restaurant. My garlic prawns were perfect. My granddaughter steak was beautiful delicious. My husband schnitzel was off. It smelt off it tasted off. It looked off so I called one of the waiters over to fix the problem they went to the kitchen spoke to the chef And he said it wasn’t enough. It was spoiled. They gave us half the price of the meal back and gave him some chicken tenders and chips. The chicken was like rubber The chips were cold. My daughter steak was so salty she couldn’t eat it at $45. You don’t need to add so much salt. I think my husband should be offered a full refund and apology and a different meal because it’s not our fault that you’re serving spoiled food. Very hard to wanna come back when it’s a hit miss left us feeling very disappointed.

Five stars! We had an amazing Father’s Day experience at Berwick Springs Hotel! The service was outstanding, and the food was incredibly tasty, especially the steak, which was cooked to perfection. Huge thanks to the head chef and the team for making it such a memorable meal. We come here every Father’s Day, and it never disappoints. The family-friendly environment and the kids' fun area make it a great spot for everyone. Highly recommend for families looking for a great dining experience! Thanks again!
